1. On-Line - Just pick the items you want and add them to your shopping cart, When you are finished shopping, select the View Shopping Cart link and follow the easy checkout instructions.  We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
2. Partial On-Line - Just pick the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.   When you are finished shopping, select the View Shopping Cart link and print the Shopping Cart page.  Then Fax or Mail it to us with your payment.
3. Call - 1-800-321-BREW and let us know what you want. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER.
4. Fax  - Either use the Partial On-Line method above or fill out this Order Form and fax to us with your credit card information (417 485-4107).

Shipping Information

Shipping rates can be pretty ridiculous these days.  We try to get your order to you in the safest and most economical way possible.  We don't charge any handling or packing fees, so you are charged just what UPS or the U.S.P.S. charges us.  For this reason it is difficult for us to give an exact shipping charge until your order is packed up and weighed, but if you call us we can give you an estimate.  If you are paying by check or money order, your invoice may reflect a small bill or credit based on the actual shipping cost, if necessary.

• Most packages will be shipped out by UPS ground unless otherwise requested.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so we need your physical address (residential or commercial).
• Lightweight orders (2 pounds and under) may cost less through the United States Postal Service.  We will send your package out the least expensive way possible.
• Express delivery is available if you require, please call for details and costs.
• Hawaii and Alaska residents, International customers, APO and FPO addresses will be sent out via the Post Office.  Please call or e-mail for rates.

We recycle to save you $

Here at The Home Brewery we try to save you money without compromising quality.  To avoid charging extra packing and handling fees we re-use recycled corrugated shipping boxes whenever possible and pack them with recycled shredded paper.

Damaged Shipments

We do our best to be sure you get your package without damage, but sometimes it happens.  If you receive a package that has been damaged, keep the original packaging and call us right away, we will take care of it.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order.  So, if for some reason you need to return an item, you must contact us first.  Just call us and we can discuss your individual situation.

Sales Tax

All Missouri residents are required to pay the 5.75% sales tax.

Gift Certificates

Don't know just what they want?  Get them a gift certificate from The Home Brewery.  Available in any amount, these can be redeemed by mail order or over the internet, with No Taxes and No Shipping Fees.
