            Then the Wine Draft system is for you!!!!!

The Wine Draft system is a keg system designed for the winemaker.  When you open a bottle of wine and pour a glass, oxygen gets into the bottle and will start to damage the flavor of your wine.  We use nitrogen gas to "push" the wine out of the keg.  This way as the wine is drawn off, it is being replaced with the nitrogen gas and no oxygen is let in to damage the wine.

 It makes bottling a breeze, simply clean, fill, pressurize and serve.  The great thing is that the wine will age in bulk as you drink from it, without spoilage or oxidation! 

The kit includes a dual gauge regulator with shutoff, a reconditioned 5 gallon stainless steel keg, 5 feet of heavy wall tubing, gas in and wine out connectors and a dispensing spigot.  Kit also includes a Nitrogen tank.  This is shipped empty and can be filled at your local gas supply house or welding supply shop.
